West Bend Mutual has provided insurance products to individuals, families and businesses for over 125 years.
To guide all our design decisions I researched competitor insurance apps and conducted workshops with stakeholders. Using this data I helped redesign the UI for their mobile and desktop/web app.
The app redesign and build enhanced the experience for customers and agents. The new release added functionality and features allowing users to quickly access and download policy information and make claims.
