Brightway is a credit card product of OneMain Financial. After launching this product in 2020, the product looked to enhance the existing in app experience and create new features to cut down on operational cost. Reducing call drivers was a major initiative of 2023 and 2024. Converting manual processes to digital experiences would cut down cost.
Led product design for the Brightway collections team. Worked with executive leadership to create Northstar vision for the collections and in-app experience. Worked alongside executive leadership to ideate and propose product solutions that would affect the bottomline. Used analytics and data to design and test digital experiences that cut down resources and costs. Our designs resulted in an increase in conversions of our settlement offers. Worked with leadership to create quarterly OKRs and roadmap.
