Parkin.NYC is a website that allows users to book parking spots at garages in New York City. I conducted discovery workshops at the beginning of the project to learn about the business and the pain points of the users. We then mapped out the current user flow and identified pain points. Using the gathered information I designed a new user interface and user flow. Finally, I designed over 40 mobile and desktop app screens to give the client everything needed to move onto development.

A big part of this project was to create a design that could be re-themed and used as a white-label product for parking operators to use. I designed the screens in a way that could be easily reskinned just using a few changes to variables such as primary colors, fonts, and images.
